Job summary

Trinity Health in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Nurse Triage to join a busy Pulmonology clinic. The RN will perform phone triage, patient education, assist with prior authorizations, and manage medication refills as part of a collaborative team.

This day shift, full-time position offers standard benefits, 1st shift hours 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday, and opportunities for career growth and daily Pay options.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program.
• Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
• In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire
• Licensed in the State of Michigan
• 1 year of experience as an RN required if new grad must apply to RN residency that takes place three times a year in February, July and October
• Specialty credentialing preferred according to clinical nursing practice specialty area preferred

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Nurse Triage position working as part of a team to care for patients in the Pulmonology clinic in Grand Rapids. Nurses are responsible for phone triage, patient education, assistance with prior authorizations, and medication refills.
