Job summary

Fulgent Therapeutics LLC is seeking an Experienced Medical Practice Support Analyst at the Coppell, TX site. You will support and coordinate analytical processes to ensure data integrity and quality, while aligning with regulatory requirements across multiple sites.

You will create complex data analyses, support LIS projects, and lead issue resolution with IT and vendors. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in a medical laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred; fields include chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology
• 4+ years of experience in a medical laboratory environment
• Knowledge of medical practice compliance, CAP/CLIA and state regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and technology skills including database management and spreadsheeting
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage complex administrative workflows

Responsibilities

• Assist IT with Medical Practice compliance, LIS, and interface projects, including requirements review and risk areas
• Plan and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with IT and vendors for LIS(s)
• Lead issue triage and resolution meetings with IT and clients, documenting and tracking to closure
• Onboard new paths, train staff, create LIS profiles and prepare offices
• Create and maintain path QPF folders and update SOPs for signatures
• Investigate client issues and collaborate with VPMDs for at-risk cases
• Coordinate client visits and kiosk tours with Sales; manage regional travel requirements
• Schedule and run collaborative case conferences across sites and update LIS path readings
