Job summary

Fulgent Genetics seeks a Medical Practice Support Analyst to support quality assurance and ensure analytical processes align with IDX core values. The analyst coordinates daily pathology capacity analysis across sites, researches issues to resolution, and audits documentation to maintain data integrity.

Complex ad hoc data analyses and reports are prepared as needed. The role collaborates with IT, program management, and operations, conducting UAT testing for LIS interfaces and managing KPI-test

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in a medical laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT with Medical Practice compliance, LIS, and interface projects.
• Plan and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with IT and vendors.
• Lead issue triage and resolution meetings with IT for pathology-related problems.
• Onboard new paths, schedule training, create LIS profiles, and prepare offices.
• Update and disseminate Quality SOPs and maintain SOP signatures.
• Coordinate client visits and kiosk visits (Maryland monthly, New Jersey quarterly).
