Job summary

Texas Health Care PLCC is seeking a Practice Consultant Associate to support data-driven initiatives under the Sr. Director of Practice Consultants.

The role involves designing, computing, organizing, tracking, and reporting information for THC/PRIVIA projects with strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate will have advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus excellent communication and interpersonal abilities suited for a healthcare administration

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Three years of business administration experience in the medical field.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10 and CPT coding.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Self-starter that requires minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce experience helpful.
  • Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design, compute, organize, track, and report information related to THC/PRIVIA initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians’ offices, patients, and all company personnel.
  • Perform data queries and generate routine reports.
  • Work under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Practice Consultants.
