Urrly, Inc. is seeking a Medical Practice Manager for ENT/Allergy in the West Chester area. The role oversees a 37-person, multi-site specialty practice across Glen Mills, Chester, and Media, PA, guiding both clinical and clerical teams with strong physician leadership behind you.

You will own the daily operating rhythm, financial performance, and process improvements to enhance workflows, staffing, patient experience, and team communication across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years healthcare management or progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience managing a medical practice with readiness for broader ownership.
• Strong financial acumen in labor, supplies, volume, staffing, scheduling, and expense control.
• Familiarity with EHR and practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a 37-person ENT/allergy specialty practice across Glen Mills, Chester, and Media, including physicians and team members across clinical and clerical functions.
• Own the financial operating picture of the practice, including labor, supplies, and scheduling to support financial success.
• Develop, reinforce, and improve standardized procedures for clear, consistent operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and operational leadership to optimize workflows and patient experiences.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, safety protocols, and internal policies using practice management systems.
