Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2 years supervisory experience in medical practice management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, telephone and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of practice management and EMR software (Soarian/Cerner).
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS coding; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the medical practice and assist in goals to grow the business.
• Oversee provider scheduling templates and access to services per health system standards.
• Monitor staffing levels, participate in hiring, orientation, and performance reviews.
• Address patient complaints promptly and ensure compliant operations.
• Ensure revenue cycle processes are clear and support accurate billing.
