Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical facility as a medical assistant.
Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greets patients and guests with AIDET, provides excellent service.
Performs administrative duties in ambulatory settings including vitals, history, and documentation.
Obtains reports, results, and records; processes forms and authorizations as needed.
May collect specimens and assist with lab testing and injections.
May administer vaccines and coordinate patient outreach and follow-ups.
Maintains accuracy in EMR documentation and schedules/arranges appointments.
