Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. seeks a Certified Medical Physicist to design, optimize, and deliver precision radiation treatment plans, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will provide technical leadership in treatment planning, QA, and radiation safety while collaborating with physicians, dosimetrists, and therapists. Under the supervision of leadership, you will advance quality improvement, support new technologies, and help drive innovation within Radiation Oncology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health or Medical Physics from an accredited institution.
• Certification by ABR or ABMP in Radiation Oncology Physics or CCanadaian College of Medical Physics.
• Licensure in the state of practice as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize radiation treatment plans.
• Provide expert technical guidance for radiation therapy procedures, technologies, and treatment delivery.
• Coordinate quality assurance programs and radiation safety initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
