Texas Oncology seeks a full-time Medical Physicist to join the Dallas Metroplex regional group, primarily based at the Medical City location. The role offers on-site clinical physics support across multiple centers, with opportunities to collaborate on SBRT, HDR, TBI, and other advanced treatments.

Qualified candidates have CAMPEP credentials, ABR certification, and Texas licensure, with experience on Varian linacs, CyberKnife, Eclipse, and ARIA.

Qualifications

• CAMPEP-accredited MS or PhD in Medical Physics.
• Completion of CAMPEP-accredited residency program.
• ABR certification or in process.
• Texas state licensure and RAM license eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Full range of on-site clinical medical physics support.
• Occasional on-site or remote physics support for sites within the region.
• Determines the need for dosimetric and treatment planning equipment and access calibration tools.
• Advises physicians and consults with staff during planning and treatment.
• Working knowledge of SRS, SBRT, and HDR; experience with Varian linacs, CyberKnife, Eclipse, and ARIA.
