Job summary
Texas Oncology in Denton, TX is seeking a full-time Clinical Medical Physicist to join five radiation oncology centers in the North Dallas area, with a base at the Denton clinic. You will provide medical physics support across POD sites and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate has a CAMPEP-accredited residency, Texas Medical Board license or eligibility, ABR certification or eligibility, and working knowledge of SBRT, SRS and HDR, plus experience with Varian linacs and
Qualifications
- CAMPEP Accredited Residency Program in Medical Physics.
- Valid Texas Medical Board license or board eligible.
- American Board of Radiology certification or board eligible.
- Preferred two years of experience as a certified medical physicist.
- Working knowledge of SRS, SBRT, and HDR.
- Experience with Varian linear accelerators.
- Experience with Eclipse Planning system.
- Experience with Oncentra Planning system.
- Strong organization and oral / written communication skills.
