Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health or Medical Physics from an accredited institution.
• Certification by ABR/ABMP in Radiation Oncology Physics or Canadian College of Medical Physics.
• Licensure in the state of practice as required.
• For care sites in Colorado, RAM/QI/QE(t) required.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and evaluate radiation treatment plans.
• Provide expert technical guidance for radiation therapy procedures.
• Coordinate QA and quality assurance programs with leadership.
• Collaborate with Radiation Safety Officer to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
• Lead department quality improvement and policy development.
