Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health or Medical Physics from an accredited institution.
• Certification by ABR or ABMP in Radiation Oncology Physics or Canadian College of Medical Physics.
• Licensure in the state of practice as required.
• Colorado sites require RMP/QI/QE(t).

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and evaluate radiation treatment plans to ensure precise and effective patient care.
• Provide expert technical guidance for radiation therapy procedures, technologies, and treatment delivery.
• Partner with Radiation Oncology leadership and clinical teams to maintain comprehensive quality management and QA programs.
• Collaborate with the Radiation Safety Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and radiation safety.
• Support implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous learning within Radiation Oncology.
