Anew Era TMS, part of the DiscoveryMD professional psychiatric division, prides itself on its close culture and clinical excellence, focusing on helping patients sustain their mental health wellness goals and bringing hope to those suffering.

Compensation Range: $19 - $23 per hour

Compensation depends on geographic region, education, and experience.

This is a part-time position (30 hours/week) with potential to become full-time.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to medication refill requests, checking faxes and addressing patient/pharmacy inquiries.
• Submit medication prior authorizations efficiently, ensuring proper documentation in patient records.
• Review and respond to pharmacy and patient drug interaction or change requests after consulting with Medical Providers.
• Respond to medical record requests promptly.
• Submit records after payment processing and patient Release of Information completion.
• Follow all company policies for risk management.
• Communicate effectively with Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants regarding medication questions.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude when updating patients on refill inquiries, prior authorizations, or record requests.
• Collaborate positively with medical receptionists.
• Provide coverage for Medical Receptionists as needed.
