Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Material Handler, Pouch to support the Pouching line, move materials, operate line machinery, and ensure timely delivery of IV therapies and sterile products. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive, safety‑minded mindset in a cleanroom environment.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, basic English, and math skills; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Basic mathematics and computer skills required to document information and operate equipment.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred; CRC Silver level and inspector certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to the Pouching line and operate line machinery.
• Perform minor maintenance on pouch sealer, trucks and belts.
• Conduct quality checks and document results in logs or POMS system.
