Job summary

FlyUSA is seeking an experienced Medical & Organ Transplant Charter Sales Advisor to grow and support relationships across transplant, healthcare, and medical transportation communities. This is not a traditional luxury charter sales role, demanding urgency, precision, and consultative relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience in aviation charter sales, medical transportation, healthcare business development, logistics, or similar B2B sales.
• Mission-critical mindset to stay calm, accurate, and solution-oriented under urgent, rapidly changing requests.
• Strong business development skills: prospect, open new accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, convert opportunities into clients.
• Exceptional communication: clear, professional written and spoken communication with healthcare professionals, aviation operators, internal teams, and executives.
• High attention to detail: manage multiple requests, schedules, airports, aircraft requirements, pricing, and mission details with accuracy.
• Availability and responsiveness: on-call for 24/7 medical and transplant aviation needs beyond standard hours.
• Technology proficiency: comfortable with CRM platforms; familiarity with industry tools is a plus.
• Negotiation and commercial judgment: balance speed, aircraft availability, client requirements, pricing, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and develop relationships with transplant centers, organ procurement organizations, hospitals and healthcare partners requiring time-sensitive aviation services.
• Respond rapidly to organ recovery, transplant personnel, and other urgent medical movements while coordinating with FlyUSA's operations teams.
• Serve as a trusted aviation resource for healthcare and transplant clients to build long-term relationships based on reliability and execution.
• Coordinate with operations and aircraft operators to identify appropriate aircraft and solutions based on mission requirements, timing, routing, payload, and access.
• Provide 24/7 mission responsiveness and support urgent opportunities outside normal business hours as required.
• Build and manage a pipeline of medical aviation clients through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and internal teams during each mission when schedules or conditions change.
• Develop FlyUSA as a trusted partner within transplant and healthcare communities, engaging with administrators, procurement, transportation teams, and executives.
• Foster strong relationships with aircraft operators and transportation partners capable of supporting medical and transplant missions.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of prospects, opportunities, and mission history to scale FlyUSA’s medical aviation accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account development, repeat missions, and strategic relationship management.
