Job summary

FlyUSA, Inc. seeks an experienced Medical & Organ Transplant Charter Sales Advisor to grow medical aviation business. You will coordinate missions from initial request through completion, working with operations and operator partners to ensure timely, reliable transportation of patients, organs, or medical personnel.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, relationship development, and rapid, accurate responses to time-sensitive requests, built on trust and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in aviation charter, healthcare business development, or a similar fast-paced B2B environment.
• Mission-critical mindset with ability to stay composed and solution-oriented during urgent requests.
• Proven ability to prospect, open new accounts, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Exceptional communication skills for professional interaction with healthcare professionals, aviation operators, and executives.
• High attention to detail while managing multiple requests, schedules, pricing, and mission details.
• Availability to support urgent opportunities outside normal business hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue relationships with transplant centers, organ procurement organizations, hospitals, and medical transportation partners.
• Respond rapidly to organ recovery and time-sensitive medical mission requests while coordinating with operations.
• Serve as a trusted aviation resource for healthcare and transplant clients with a focus on reliability and execution.
• Coordinate mission plans with operations and aircraft operator partners, considering timing, routing, payload, and airports.
• Maintain 24/7 responsiveness for transplant and medical missions and communicate updates to clients and teams.
• Build and manage a pipeline of medical aviation clients through research, outreach, referrals, and industry events.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and internal teams when schedules or conditions change.
• Develop FlyUSA as a trusted partner in healthcare by engaging transplant admins, coordinators, and procurement teams.
• Foster relationships with aircraft operators and transportation partners to support mission-specific requirements.
• Manage CRM records for prospects, opportunities, and mission histories to grow a scalable medical aviation portfolio.
• Aim to meet or exceed revenue and gross profit goals through new client acquisition and account development.
