ETS Vision in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a full-time Medical Optometrist to join a collaborative ophthalmology practice. You will conduct comprehensive eye exams, manage refractive services, and provide post-operative co-management in a technology-driven setting.

The role emphasizes medical optometry within a respected team, with mentorship and patient education across dry eye, cataract care, LASIK, glaucoma, and aesthetic services. California licensure required or soon obtainable.

Qualifications

• OD degree and California license active or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Strong diagnostic, refractive, and contact lens skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive eye examinations.
• Refractions and prescription management.
• Contact lens fittings and specialty services.
• Post-operative co-management.
• Dry eye evaluations and treatment.
• Education on cataracts, LASIK, glaucoma, and other ophthalmic services.
• Collaboration with ophthalmologists across multiple locations.
• Mentorship and technician training.
• Accurate EMR documentation.
