Job summary

ETS Vision in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a full-time optometrist to join a multi-location ophthalmology practice. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, refractive services, and contact lens fittings while collaborating with ophthalmologists in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background in comprehensive eye care, refractive services and contact lens management.
• Residency training preferred; at least two years of clinical experience after graduation.
• Active California optometry license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and refractions.
• Manage contact lens fittings and specialty services.
• Post-operative co-management with ophthalmology team.
• Educate patients on cataracts, LASIK, glaucoma and other services.
• Mentor technicians in refraction, retinoscopy and tonometry.
• Document accurately using electronic medical records.
