• Acts as first point of contact for employee benefits and payroll inquiries.
• Oversees department files, records, and inventory; coordinates purchasing within budget.
• Prepares reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support decisions.
• Plans and coordinates departmental meetings and events.
• Maintains data confidentiality and hospital safety standards.
