Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Hematology-Oncology Physician to join a renowned health system in Utah. You will work with a team of ten medical oncologists to provide high-quality care and superior patient experience, supported by APPs, RNs and leadership.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Internal Medicine completed.
• Board certification or eligibility in medical oncology or hematology/oncology.
• Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Credentialing process with Intermountain Health must be completed.
• Visa sponsorship requests reviewed individually.

Responsibilities

• Hematology-Oncology physician collaborates with a team of oncologists to deliver patient-centered care.
• Partner with APPs, NPs, RNs and admin staff to ensure quality care and patient experience.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork and contribute to clinical excellence.

About this role

As a Hematology- Oncology Physician you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work in partnership with a team of 10 medical oncologists to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with and have support from APPs, administrative leadership, MAs, RNs, front office support and more.

What you’ll bring

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

• Residency training Internal Medicine

• Board certification or eligibility in medical oncology or hematology/oncology

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

• Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
