60 hours/month, after hours call (5PM-8AM on Monday-Thursday) for phone calls only
No holidays/weekends

Staff of 4 MDs, 1 APPs
Master’s degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Current licensure and certification (PA-C or NP) in the state of practice.
Prior APP experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
