    • Follow up on requests to ensure timely resolution and appropriate communication internally.
  • Ensure Tampa Office Operations Run Smoothly
    • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for office operational needs and escalation when required.
    • Identify potential issues early (space needs, supply gaps, vendor concerns) and coordinate next steps.
    • Support onboarding and office readiness needs for new hires (as applicable).
    • Assist Marketers with scheduling and preparing for Community Events.
    • Ensure Marketers have all marketing materials needed to attend Community Events.
    • Liaise with NY Facilities and NY Branding & Marketing Team to ensure the Tampa office has marketing materials on hand.
    • Responsible for inventory control of marketing materials in the Tampa office.
  • Vendor & Service Coordination
    • Coordinate with approved vendors for office-related services and repairs, in partnership with Facilities.
    • Track and support completion of service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to staff.
  • Communication & Documentation
    • Maintain organized records of facility requests, inventory needs, and follow-ups.
    • Provide updates to Facilities and relevant internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an office operations, administrative leadership, facilities support, or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable coordinating with building management and vendors.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing needs.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets/inventory tracking, ticketing platforms, etc.).
