• Ability to float between multiple locations as assigned and provide backup across roles.
• Strong focus on patient confidentiality and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and route calls appropriately.
• Communicate messages through email or Epic.
• Greet, register, and schedule patient appointments; collect copayments.
• Make appointment reminder calls and verify insurance data.
• Scan and upload patient information to the electronic chart.
