Job summary

Texas Back Institute, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join our team. This full-time role (Mon-Fri, days) focuses on front office duties, patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling and insurance verification.

You will file and retrieve medical records, assist with collecting co-pays, and balance daily transactions in the computer. One year of medical office experience and EHR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a medical office preferred.
• Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred.

Seeking a Medical Office Specialist for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

• You will manage all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones

What Qualifications you will need:

• One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred
