Responsible for the patient’sinitialcontact both in person and telephonically, acts as the primary contact for patients as it relates toaccurateaccount information. Verifies benefits, completes registration,initiates upfront collections as well as ensures the patient is properly identified.Scansandindexesall patient information and related formsin a timely manner. Responds quickly to incoming calls through multi line phone system and accuratelyschedulesappointments. Balances cash, payment postings andreportsthis activity daily.
