AnMed in Anderson, SC is seeking a patient access professional to greet and register patients, verify benefits, and ensure accurate demographic and insurance information in the ADT system. The role emphasizes compassionate service, clear communication, and accurate data capture in a fast-paced hospital setting.
You will coordinate with clinical areas, verify eligibility, pre-certification, and up-front collections, and help patients navigate the registration process.
Hours per Week: 5:00am-6:00pm (weekend and holiday rotation required).

Responsible for the patient’s initial contact. Register patients in the hospital ADT system, verify benefits, obtain and verify the validity of service request, initiate upfront collections. Ensures that patients are properly identified with ID band.
*Varied benefits packages are available for positions with a 0.6 FTE or higher.
