The role emphasizes teaching patients, coordinating care, and maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record while ensuring safety and quality of care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Nurse is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and possesses current BLS certification.
• Clinical and administrative duties support patient care across multiple providers.
• Experience in a Medical Office setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide telephone triage and clinical assessment.
• Administer immunizations and allergy injections, draw blood, and document results.
• Assist physicians with minor procedures and prepare exam rooms.
• Enter prescription refills and maintain patient charts.
• Educate patients and families about illnesses, treatments, and prevention.
