Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Medical Office RN to support multiple providers under the Site Manager. The role covers triage, patient care, immunizations, blood draws and clerical tasks within the EMR system.

The successful candidate will collaborate with physicians and staff to plan and coordinate care, educate patients, and uphold safety standards while supporting community-based activities within the Lahey network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in medical office settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Telephone triage and patient assessment.
• Provide patient care within scope including immunizations and blood draws.
• Assist physicians with minor procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms and restock supplies.
• Enter prescription refills in EMR accurately.
• Educate patients and families about illness and treatment.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold safety and quality standards in nursing care.
