The role requires Spanish fluency, accuracy with EMR entries, and strong communication skills to support clinicians and patients. This is a full-time, on-site position with a team-focused environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish; written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced medical office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance and collect copays at check-in/out.
• Greet patients and complete intake forms.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics in the EMR.
• Process faxes, referrals, and release of information.
