Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Receptionist to greet visitors, register patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals at our Columbus, IN health center serving Cummins Engines employees and dependents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Front office support certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, direct inquiries, or triage as needed.
• Register patients and verify/update records in the system.
• Schedule appointments and enter dates in the scheduler.
• Coordinate referrals and billing in the computerized system.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet patients and visitors.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily cash reports.
