Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist to support patient care administratively and ensure accurate data entry in VISTA/CPRS. You will greet veterans, manage appointments, and coordinate with the PACT team to maintain high-quality service in a VA-centered setting.
Requirements include a high school diploma, VA credentialing, BLS and ACLS as required, and strong English communication. This is a safety-sensitive role emphasizing accuracy and courteous patient interaction.
This position is CONTINGENT upon contract award, client approval, completion of a favorable background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / High Risk clearance.

As a Medical Office Receptionist, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients with diseases and injuries seeking treatment in the clinic, as directed by physician or mid-level provider. You will collaborate with the core PACT Team (Primary Care Provider, RN and Medical Assistant) and expanded PACT Team including family/caregiver, VA, and community-based services involved in developing the patient care plan.
Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
