Job summary

Meadows & Ohly LLC in Atlanta/Georgia seeks a Real Estate Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of medical office buildings. The role leads daily property operations, supports leasing, and drives capital improvements while maintaining high tenant satisfaction and compliance across sites.

The ideal candidate has a 7+ year background in property management, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and property management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in property management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, lease administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a portfolio of medical office buildings.
• Lead and support building management staff to ensure operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee tenant move-in/move-out processes and life safety compliance programs.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, and financial performance metrics.
• Oversee rent collection, lease compliance, vendor contracts, and legal notices as needed.
• Support leasing efforts, including tenant tours, lease negotiations, and occupancy initiatives.
• Manage tenant improvements and capital projects, including contractor coordination and project oversight.
