Job summary

United Urology Group seeks an Assistant Site Manager to support the office with minimal supervision and oversee administrative and clerical functions.

You will help manage scheduling, patient intake, billing, and staff coordination while upholding high standards of patient care and teamwork. Previous supervision and medical office experience are preferred to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Front office experience in a medical setting required or preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating office activities.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative duties of the site on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop, implement, and revise policies to maintain high patient care standards.
• Assist with P&L and budget management responsibilities.
• Coach and mentor staff to boost productivity and morale.
• Supervise office team and coordinate performance feedback and appraisals.
• Conduct staff meetings and address grievances with the Site Manager.
• Manage patient check-in, scheduling, paperwork, and billing workflows.
