Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Supervisor, Medical Practice for the Orthopedics department in Brandon, FL. This full-time role involves supervising daily operations, staffing, and ensuring efficient scheduling in a physician office setting.

Responsibilities include managing access to the practice, supporting policy implementation, and maintaining familiarity with practice management and EMR systems. Strong leadership and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in a physician office setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduling patients and improved access for patients to the practice.
• Manages operations to provide physician clients with the most efficient and cost-effective clinical operation.
• Assists in development, administration and support of organizational policies and procedures.
• Develop systems knowledge, including practice management systems and electronic medical records where applicable.
• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies.
