The Practice Manager will be responsible for ensuring assigned centers are meeting company objectives, goals, and key performance indicators.

Schedule and Locations:

  • Monday - Administrative Work-from-home Day
  • Tuesday - Friday - CVR Glastonbury or Middletown Clinic
  • 7 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Duties

  • Recruit and hire all staff in their assigned clinics
  • Manage assigned ‘sister offices’ within budget guidelines to include supply costs
  • Responsible for daily staffing and operations in their assigned clinics
  • Manage schedule, capacity, and patient scheduling
  • Partner with Clinical Directors
  • Oversee financial performance of their clinic
  • Drive revenue to meet or exceed goals
  • Ensure physician satisfaction and communication
  • Implement operational policies and procedures
  • Enforce company policies for employee compliance
  • Complete administrative tasks within deadlines
  • Provide coverage as needed
Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in healthcare administration/management or a fast-paced customer service environment
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel to Glastonbury and Middletown Clinics
