Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated front desk/clerical staff member for Adair Family Medical Center in Columbia, KY. The position supports patient flow, scheduling, insurance verification, and co-pay collection in a busy clinical setting.

You will greet patients, process registrations, handle calls, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure a positive patient experience. Prior office experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience preferred.
• Keyboarding and strong oral/written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors cheerfully and professionally.
• Answer telephone, triage calls and maintain records of visits.
• Schedule appointments and referrals to other providers.
• Register patients and help with necessary forms; direct to staff when needed.
• Complete encounter forms during check-in and check-out (electronic or paper).
• Assist clinicians and office staff as requested.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional work area; follow department policies.
• Assist in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
