• Provide lecture and lab instruction for 15 credit hours per semester with weekly student consultations.
• Develop and update curriculum to meet diverse student needs using current medical assisting standards.
• Manage program budget and procurement to maintain high-quality resources.
• Engage with students, healthcare professionals, and the campus community professionally.
• Coordinate industry engagement with local employers for internships and advisory activities.
