Job summary

Unitek College is seeking a Per-Diem Medical Assisting Instructor to support student success through engaging, hands-on instruction on our Phoenix campus.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, completion of an accredited medical assisting program, and 3 years of clinical MA experience. CMA/RMA/NRCMA preferred; strong MS Office and LMS skills are important.

We offer leadership development and tuition assistance for you and your family, with a compensation range of $27/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; advanced education preferred but not required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program preferred.
• CMA/RMA/NRCMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and provide technical and academic training to students.
• Design and carry out lesson plans recognizing diverse learning styles.
• Provide ongoing student advisement and academic counseling.
• Maintain world class service when interacting with students and staff.
• Refer at-risk students to appropriate campus services as needed.
