An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support orthopaedic physicians and nursing staff in a dynamic healthcare environment. Assists orthopaedic physicians and nursing staff in patient care activities, including assisting with patient flow, taking vitals, injections, DME, casting, suture removal, and other needs. Maintains nurses' stations, exam, and procedure rooms. Performs front desk and clerical duties such as demographic and insurance registration, charge entry, scheduling, and verifying insurance information. Must be fully certified in patient registration and proficient with electronic systems as per department SOPs. Other duties may be assigned.
