Trilogy Wellness in the United States is seeking a Medical Office Assistant (Regard MGT PA) to support patient care, scheduling, check-in/out, and office operations.

You will travel between Greensburg, Connellsville, Latrobe, and Monroeville with paid travel, joining a compassionate team assisting individuals with SUD.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent (Required).
• US Work Authorization (Required).
• Driver’s License (Required).
• Customer Service experience (Required).
• Office experience (Preferred).
• EMR experience (Preferred).
• Previous medical office experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and greet patients.
• Check patients in and out.
• Verify insurance information.
• Collect co-pays/payments due.
• Deposit cash at the bank.
• Answer phones and return messages.
• Schedule new and existing patients.
• Collect drug-screen samples.
• Create and maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
• Enter data, run reports, audit, and file records.
• Manage, update, and chart patient records in an EMR.
• Create and maintain community partnerships.
• Assist patients and providers with referrals to community partners.
• Attend community events on behalf of the organization.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Perform other office duties as assigned by the manager.

About The Role

The Medical Office Assistant (Regard MGT PA) works in the medical office treating a variety of tasks to support patient care, office readiness, and organizational growth. The role involves interacting with patients in person, via Zoom, and by phone for scheduling, check‑in, toxicology, and check‑out. The assistant also manages community partner relationships, maintains the office, and represents the company at community events. Travel is required between Greensburg, Connellsville, Latrobe, and Monroeville, and is paid.

Additional Details

• Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary) and every other Saturday
• Compensation: $16–$19 per hour depending on experience plus paid travel

The Pay Range For This Role Is

• Greensburg: $16–$19 per hour
• Latrobe: $16–$19 per hour
• Connellsville: $16–$19 per hour
• Monroeville: $16–$19 per hour
