Job summary

Trilogy Wellness (Regard MGT PA) seeks a Medical Office Assistant to join vibrant patient-care-focused team. You will handle front-desk duties, schedule patients, verify insurance, and manage referrals across multiple offices with travel between Greensburg, Connellsville, Latrobe and Monroeville.

Travel is paid and part of the role. Responsibilities include checking in/out patients, data entry, EMR updates, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent (Required)
• Drivers License (Required)
• Office experience (Preferred)
• EMR experience (Preferred)
• Previous medical office experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Checking patients in and out
• Verify Insurance information
• Deposit cash at the bank
• Schedule new and existing patients
• Collection of drug screen samples
• Creating and maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment
• Data entry, running reports, auditing and filing
• Managing, updating, and charting patient records in an Electronic Medical Records System (EMR)
• Creating and maintaining community partnerships
• Assist patients and providers with referrals to community partners
• Attending community events on behalf of the organization
• Participating in after hours on-call rotation
• Other office duties as assigned by the manager
