Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is required.
• Two years of customer service/administrative experience required.
• Credit worthiness review via consumer credit report is required.
• Experience in front desk operations in healthcare preferred.
• CBCS CMAA CRMA certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and provide exemplary customer service.
• Schedule appointments, manage emergencies, verify insurance, and update EMR.
• Assist with billing, including insurance claims, data gathering, and AR/AP.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and leadership; maintain organized records.
• Maintain professionalism and effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
