Job summary

You will assemble devices using hand and power tools, maintain production logs, and adhere to strict cleanroom protocols including gowning and masking. Prior cleanroom or medical-device experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Medical-device or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Strong fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and depth perception for assembling small components.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive, detail-oriented work.
• Microscope experience preferred, including the ability to work at a microscope for extended periods during an eight-hour shift.

• Assemble medical devices according to established procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
• Perform assembly operations using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Complete production logs and forms in real time in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Follow all cleanroom protocols, including required gowning, masking, and gloving.
• Identify, document, and promptly **escalate** visual defects or quality concerns.
