Medical Materials & Support Technician
Fairweather is seeking a Medical Materials & Support Technician to support our Medical Services team in Anchorage. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our medical teams have the medications, equipment, supplies, and logistical support needed to provide medical services throughout Alaska.
This is not a traditional warehouse position. The Medical Materials & Support Technician must have an EMS background and strong working knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and equipment. The position is responsible for medical inventory and materials management while also providing case management, patient, transportation, and logistical support to the Medical Services team.

This is an in-person position based in Anchorage, Alaska. Regular and reliable onsite attendance is required. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced EMS professional who is exceptionally organized and understands that accurate medical inventory management is critical to patient care. They are comfortable working with pharmaceuticals and controlled substances, take ownership of inventory accuracy, and are willing to step in wherever needed to support the Medical Services team.
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys the medical field but also enjoys logistics, organization, problem-solving, and hands-on work. The successful candidate will be dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting everything from medical inventory and remote project mobilizations to patient transportation and after-hours flight needs.
