Position Summary


We are looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our team as an Operations Support Technician. This individual will directly support our business operations by managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling orders, moving company fleet vehicles, and transporting goods across the state. Must be able to solve problems and manage competing priorities to ensure product fulfilment balanced across our lines of business.


Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management



  • Receive, label, and store incoming materials and components.

  • Monitor stock levels for critical supplies and coordinate reorders to prevent shortages.

  • Help implement and maintain efficient inventory organization systems and programs.


Expediting & Logistics



  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments; manage shipping documentation.

  • Load/unload freight vans, trucks, flatbeds, and box trucks using various types of indoor/outdoor forklifts.

  • Transport company and client fleet vehicles to sites across the state and complete local pickups or deliveries as needed.


Mechanical & Warehouse Support



  • Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on tools, equipment, and fixtures.

  • Support medical and operations teams with hands on problem solving.

  • Ensure compliance with company and customer policies and procedures.

  • Support Fairweather's zero-incident safety culture and take personal accountability for safe work practices.


Required Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or maintenance support.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude.

  • Experience with inventory tracking.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Computer proficient, with knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • Forklift operations experience.

  • Commercial Driver’s License.
