Job summary

Nemours is seeking a Materials Management TECH to join the Nemours Children’s Hospital team in Wilmington, DE. The role involves receiving, inspecting, warehousing, storing, transporting, delivering, and replenishing medical supplies and equipment while ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation.

You will perform inventory control, material handling, and daily data entry, with emphasis on quality inspections and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–6 months supply/distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule as shifts are rotational.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, warehouse, store, transport and replenish medical supplies and equipment.
• Process receipts for incoming supplies and verify against documentation.
• Perform inventories and quality assurance inspections and document discrepancies.
• Prepare and validate computer input data to maintain records and track materials.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure current associate listings and timely distribution of items.
