Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paralegal supporting medical malpractice cases.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing, with drafting experience.
• Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and relevant laws.

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience with case management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of medical malpractice litigation, prep, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence, including records and witness statements.
• Draft and prepare complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• File and manage documents in court, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses.
• Review and summarize medical records and case-related documents.
• Prepare case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain case management systems and communicate case updates to clients.
