Jobot seeks a Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate to join our reputable firm. You will handle complex malpractice cases, including insurance defense, elder abuse, and catastrophic injury, in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities in Irvine (LA/SD options available) under a hybrid/remote model.
Requires CA bar license, JD, 3+ years of litigation, strong trial track record, and solid research skills.
Formación
- JD required from an accredited law school and CA bar admission.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience with strong trial history.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical malpractice law.
Responsabilidades
- Manage a diverse caseload of medical malpractice claims including insurance defense and elder abuse.
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify legal issues and defenses.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings with strong trial advocacy.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, experts, and other lawyers.
- Provide risk-management advice and keep clients informed of progress.
- Stay up-to-date on medical malpractice law and healthcare regulations.
