Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is recruiting for a Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney in Orange County, CA. This civil defense role requires an active California bar license and 1–5 years of civil litigation experience.

The position supports a hybrid/remote work model with occasional on-site collaboration. You will work closely with lead attorneys on strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license required.
• 1 to 5 years of civil litigation experience required.
• 1900 billable hours
• Insurance defense litigation experience preferred.
• Medical malpractice or healthcare litigation exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and investigate catastrophic loss matters on a rapid-response basis.
• Evaluate cases and prepare reports for carriers and clients.
• Handle discovery and take and defend depositions.
• Support trial preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with lead attorneys across offices and practice areas.
• Contribute to case strategy aimed at the client's objectives.
