Job summary

Brickstech seeks an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate to handle matters from inception through resolution with full file responsibility. Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience (defense-side required; plaintiff-side backgrounds are not a fit).
• Experience managing cases from inception through resolution, full file responsibility.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, advocacy, and client-service skills.
